राजाको तस्बिर भएको नोट अब नचल्ने …..रास्ट्र बैक को निर्देसन
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकहरूलाई सर्वसाधारणबाट आएको राजाको तस्वीरसहितको नोट पुन: सर्वसाधारणमा प्रवाह नगर्न निर्देशन दिएको छ ।
राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूलाई राजाको तस्वीर भएको नोट चलन चल्तीमा नल्याउन आइतबार निर्देशन दिएको छ । तत्कालै यी नोटहरू प्रतिबन्धित नभएपनि सर्वसाधारणले बैंकमा बुझाएपछि बैंकमार्फत राष्ट्र बैंकमा खिचेर त्यसलाई पुन: बजारमा नपठाउने राष्ट्र बैंकको तयारी छ ।
सफा नोट नीति कार्यान्वयन गराउन भन्दै राष्ट्र बैंकले यो निर्देशन जारी गरेको हो। निर्देशनअनुसार अब बैंकले नोटहरूलाई तीन भागमा वर्गीकरण गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था समेत गरेको छ ।
त्यस्तै बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले अब एटीएमलगायतका मेसिनमार्फत् चलन चल्तीमा पठाउने, काउन्टरबाट भुक्तानी गरी चलन चल्तीमा पठाउने र चलन चल्तीमा पठाउन अयोग्य गरी तीन किसिमले वर्गीकरण गर्नुपर्ने राष्ट्र बैंकले निर्देशन दिएको छ ।
एटीएम मेसिनलगायतमा पठाउन सकिनेलाई हरियो रङको स्लिप, काउन्टरबाट भुक्तानी गर्न सकिने नोटको प्याकेटमा सेतो र चलन चल्तीका लागि अयोग्य हुने नोटको प्याकेटमा रातो रंगको स्लिप लगाउनुपर्नेछ ।
त्यस्तै नोटको प्याकेटमा बैंकको नाम, बैंकका कर्मचारीको नाम र परिचय पत्र, हस्ताक्षर र मितिसम्बन्धी विवरण अनिवार्य रूपमा राख्न राष्ट्र बैंकले निर्देशन दिएको छ ।
झुत्रिएको, मक्किएको, जलेको, गलेको, लुलो भएको, किराले खाएको, पानीले भिजेको, छपाइ बिग्रेको, नोटमा रहेका अक्षर, अंक, चित्र तथा सुरक्षण विशेषताहरू नबुझिने वा बिग्रिने गरी रंग लागेको, च्यातिएको वा पूर्वराजाको तस्वीर अंकित भएको नोटलाई निष्काशनलाई अयोग्य नोटको रूपमा वर्गीकरण गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकले निर्देशन दिएको छ ।
