भीमदत्त नगरपालिका निवासी हेमन्ती भट्टलाई विष्टले महिला प्रहरी लगाएर यातना दिएको उनले बताएकी छन् । उनलाई बयानका लागि भन्दै लगातार ३ दिनसम्म प्रहरी कार्यालय बोलाइएको थियो । पहिलो र दोस्रो दिन सोधपुछ मात्र गरेका उनले तेस्रो दिन कुटपिट गरेको बताएकी छन् । हेमन्ती निर्मला पन्तकी दिदीको साथी हुन् । उनले आफ्नो साथीको बहिनी माथि भएको त्यस्तो घटनाका बारेमा भोलीपल्ट १० वजे तिर मात्र थाहापाएको बताएकी छन् ।
तेस्रो दिन पनि प्रहरी कार्यालय बयानका लागि बोलाएका विष्टले महिला प्रहरी लगाएर आफूलाई खुट्टाको पैतलामा पिटेको हेमन्ती भट्टले बताएकी छन् ।
उनलाई निर्मला पन्तको हत्यामा संलग्नता भएको स्वीकार गर्न दवाव दिंदै कुटपिट गरिएको बताएकी छन् । ‘एसपी विष्ट र उहाँको समूहले निर्मला पन्तको बलात्कार र हत्यामा तेरो पनि संलग्नता छ । के हो भन् भनेर मलाई यातना दिइयो’, भट्टले भनेकी छिन्, ‘मलाई कुनै जानकारी नभएको विषयमा जवरजस्ती दुःख दिइयो । प्रहरी कार्यालयमा पिटियो ।’
उनलाई घटनाको बारेमा सोधखोज गर्न भन्दै घरवाटै बोलाएर लगेको बताइन् । तेस्रो दिन बेलुका घर आउनु अगाडि महिला प्रहरीहरुले कुटपिट गरेको उनले बताएकी छन् । तैँले मान्छे पठाएको होस भन्दै महिला प्रहरीले कुटपिट गरेको उनको भनाई छ । ‘उनले निर्मला पन्त आफ्नो साथी नभएको बताइन् । निर्मला स्कूल पढ्ने विद्यार्थी हुन भने उनी कलेज पढ्ने विद्यार्थी हुन् । उनले आफु निर्मलाको दिदीको साथी भएको जानकारी प्रहरीलाई दिएको बताइन् ।
निर्मलाको घटनाका बारेमा आफु कलेजवाट घर फर्कने बेलामा मात्र थाहा पाएको उनले बताइन् । उनले निर्मलालाई घटना हुने दिनमा भने देखेको बताएकी छन् । । ‘निर्मला पन्तलाई त्यो दिन बिहान देखेको थिएँ मैले । पछि देखिन । त्यो दिन बिहान साथीको घर जान्छु भनेको मलाई थाहा छ उनले भनिन् । तर उनले को साथीकोमा जान्छु भनेको हो आफुलाई थाहा नभएको बताइन् । निर्मलालाई दिदीले साथीको घरमा नजा भनेको समेत आफुलाई थाहा भएको बताएकी छन् ।
